Il Vermentino originally was 100% Vermentino but later enriched with a small percentage of Chardonnay. Elegant and perfectly balanced wine.

WINE MAKING AND AGEING
Fermentation: After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel vats with natural yeasts.
Ageing: The ageing process for this wine is in stainless steel vats.
TASTING NOTE
Our Vermentino Bolgheri DOC has a straw yellow colour with golden reflection. On the nose is At the palate is elegant, fresh and with a good balance, in the aftertasting is salty and persistent.

Aperitif, white meats and fish-based meals.
